If one were to wake up with a hangover there are a multitude of solutions available to try most of which will 'cure' a hangover by replenishing vital nutrients most of which have been drained from one's system by a night of excessive drinking. One whom does not excessively drink will not typically have a 'hangover' on the next day and should refrain from trying many of these cures as they are commonly known. As I understand it, Fake anon will not have an hangover when he wakes up on a typical morning.

I fixed the issue and calculated the correct viewcount from the read_topics table (which stores which UIDs have seen which topics, to control the bolding of the topic list and also the X new thing)

Nope, I only fixed this thread. Fixing older threads would be unreliable, both because they pre-date the existence of the read_topics table and because the read_topics table is purged occasionally.
