Topic: Smoothies
Anonymous A started this discussion 10 years ago #53,902 Today I bought a Ninja blender and a load of smoothie ingredients. Dumped a load of ingredients in the first one but reading around it seems fewer ingredients are better.
It sounds a bit odd but I might try avocado spinach and coconut water next, mostly because those are the ingredients I haven't used yet.

Put like, 2 cups of ice cubes, half a mango, squeeze out a lime and put in some mint leafs.
Best smoothie ever (or is it slushie if it's without milk?)
Also, goes insanely well with vodka if you wanna get shitfaced by something tasty.

That doesn't sound very appetizing, more like a dare or just two random ingredients.
Apricot and parsnip. Trust me.
