It is empiricism gone wrong and the end-point of empiricism; when science stops caring about what actually is pertinent to the Universe, the physical returns to a corrupted simulation of the metaphysical, in an attempt to control with a God-like divination the destiny of the possible outcomes attainable by technological endeavour in a perversion of the trajectory of its progress and redefine metaphysical meaning. Juche, of course, is the solution.
