So many years ago I worked for Lew Wasserman the founder of MCA/Universal studios and Decca/MCA records. He taught me a bitter lesson about Jew Gold. Its simple enough. All good questions. Even I who bought the companies with fresh printed paper - Really have no clue who in the end came out ahead and who came out behind. In the beginning that fresh paper looks good when lookC on stock market cause MCA was a public company. But anyone who sells a company for fresh paper cannot sell that stock on market. They do get a salary equal to as in past with new fresh credit cards and for a few some super nice offices with a view of Burbank LOL well hell they also got all the Sheraton hotel rooms they needed.
Yea several good very good people did end up hurt or worse when they sold to me. Two-Three remain friends. However for a while they did have lots more actually cold hard cash in wallets for at least the first two years. Sad thing was to see them in office with no work of any kind to do. They had to sell companies because they were super good Tech people but super bad managers of a business.
So of the Seven companies I bought most were on bitter edge of failing or Chapter 9 or 11 or? One was the very best most important mentor I ever had or still have. Damn he could crank out useful patents and we even share one albeit it was all mine but I had to let him in for legal reasons n no regrets - I got his company in under the wire and it was protected for several years. Bottom line is sad but I had split myself off and out of that mix cause it hurt to much to stick my fingers in that pie
Companies were not random and all had some kind of synergy and ALL made a Profit - Profit of course was inflated but all that was done with Public Accounting companies that were frankly more than suspicious and I learned to play them like a fiddle - I kept IRS happy and Investors happy but keeping the former owners happy was IMPOSSIBLE

I only as a ego driven Engineer who felt he could solve every fucking problem placed b4 me offered my services to a very young unknown film maker but ONLY as a way to allow him to Destroy a Panavision (leased camera) Keep him free of responsibility and eject the film canister with of course help from the on board MCA explosives team cause my home made kiddlet skills hardly measured up to a no fail allowed when the Camera ends up destroyed by a

ALSO this stuff only works when taken at a very sharp angle - So like if you want to take high Res photos of Cuba? It no work if you fly over Cuba. Does work only if you fly far away from Cuba and shoot at a sharp angle and move very quickly.
