It's fine, but I use several softwares. I don't use much in the way of softwares that are actively running all the time, but when I check for malwares, I take the time to run several softwares.

I run MalwareBytes on a regular basis. Weeks/Months will go by with zero problems found and then I get lazy and stop using it. Then I run it and bang it finds Malware. So again I run it every few days and will continue the every few days until it again finds crap. Its free so why not.
