If black people stopped committing a disproportionate amount of crime, they wouldn't need to be culled.

So lets C how this occurred - Greedy boat owners go to Africa and steal people and shackle them to boats and ship off and sell people as slaves to USA. At some point Christians feel guilty and free slaves. Cept they are still not free cause NO education at all so they end up as broken family values or no values at all and still work for the man the same why they did as former Slaves
Then these former Slaves still have NO Vote no say under USA Constitution as they are considered Dogs or less than Dogs. Grow up in segregation through the 50's 60's 70's with NO family values and Sloppy 2nds Education. If lucky they get to pick up garbage and sweep streets.
So they then use Drugs to kill the pain of life living as former Slaves to the man and DRUGS get them sent away to Prison as they leave family behind to survive on own.
Yep disproportionate amounts of crime n much of that crime ends up as just getting high on something that is defined as illegal while booze n ownership of guns is totally legal
