Why did you have to have them removed?
I was able to grow mine in but the top right one grew in at a slight sideways angle and now is decaying because it's hard to clean.

Yes. The fact that the tooth is sideways — at the very back of my mouth — and crammed right against the end of my jaw does not impact my ability to effectively brush it in the slightest.
