Quality wise it's ok, but compression wise, it's fucked. The banana has vertical stripes of minutely different shades of yellow. The speed at which the gif moves is too fast to make the slight gradient worth keeping. The fact that the stripes are vertical is preventing the compression from working effectively in an area where it looks for all intents and purposes like a solid color that should compress just fine.
