I never "upgrade" an OS. Fuck it. Just buy a whole new computer eventually and it will have whatever OS. Also, I hate the weirdly pushhy way MS is acting so they can go fuck themselves. I also hate automatic updates. I like everything manual -- do shit when I tell you to do shit you fucking OS. Don't make me do stupid hacks and workarounds to customize things to my liking when it could have been made a quick easy setting.

I have to wait for the Enterprise version to get OK from two different IT depts. However I was gifted two desktops both identical except one has Win 7 Pro and the other Win8.2. Told the gift required making them Win 10 and damn I cannot believe how fast and easy that conversion was. I frankly despise Win O/S vs UNIX. Registry bull shit and the crashes I never ever get with UNIX work stations. Even UNIX laptops run n run without a glitch.
I hate just hate doing Registry edits but on one box I am going to have to cause the new Win 10 photo viewer and my Dyslexic self is not going to make me happy. Odd how Win 10 O/S contains the Win7/8.1 photo software but the files are super hidden and only show up in Registry. Wondering how many other stuff like that I will run in2.

Download was super fast for Win10 files and upgrade was glitch free and did not require me for anything.

Word program is industry standard now bloated over bloated but it does work and all Apple users use it. Excel the same.
Win 10 looks close enough to Win 7 to keep me happy
