There are lots of problems as I see them. I'll try and explain a few, briefly.
1. It seems the admins have a real fear of "drama". I can understand deleting threads where a person is obviously just causing drama to troll, but too often legitimate concerns are deleted because "loldrama". There is a big difference between trolling and wanting your opinion to be heard, and the latter should definitely not be censored. My original "I'm leaving" thread was deleted for this reason and I don't think that's right.
2. Having too many mods, it is impossible to have a clear, defined understanding of what is acceptable and what it is not. All it would take it one trigger-happy mod not to approve, even when 5 mods would, for a persons post (that they put effort into it) to be deleted. This is not cool.
3. To many funny threads are being deleted because of "shit posting". I used to really enjoy everyone's sense of humour here, but lately it seems having one is not allowed. I much prefer hands off moderation but as previously mentioned, the current system doesn't really encourage that.
4. Sim in particular seems to be really erratic lately and just deleting anything on a whim. It was funny at first, but now he's just pissing too many people off.

Not really. The definitions are simple and their actions are checked, and actions will be taken if they do anything inappropriate.
