Why can't idiots in the media and Republican circles understand this very simple fact? If I see one more "Hillary about to be indicted!!!!11!one!" story I think I'm gonna hurl.

I'd like to see Hillary trade in her pantsuit for an orange jumpsuit as much as the next guy, but it will never happen. We need to face facts and move on.

@OP

Story has to die down soon, very soon. Then two states will convene grand juries to turn a civil case in New York and San Diego into Criminal cases. (Trump U)

This gets even more better. Trump reluctant to release tax returns. Underground rumor mill explains it this way. Trump Donated Money 2 The Texas Governor After He Dropped A Fraud Case Over Trump University. That is public news. Criminal investigation ongoing for the bribe.

What is new news is.. Remember New York real estate billionaire Leona Helmsley, who, in 1989 was convicted of having her real estate company pay for personal improvements, including a new dance floor, at her 21-room weekend home in Connecticut, without paying taxes on such benefits. (Helmsley, by the way, is famous for saying, “We don’t pay taxes. Only little guys pay taxes.”)

Sources say IRS has microscope on Trump finances and taxes relating to his primary and any vacation residence, including repairs, insurance and the like; the source of payment for and taxes on any benefits for food, golf fees, staff and the like at such homes; and the payment for and taxes on private car usage and plane/helicopter trips.

Something as simple as a family vacation from New York to Florida where the fuel of Trumps helicopter's and Jet plane may be mixed as business and vacation. However the two items must be broken down on the tax return so that tax's are paid and its fraud if it is not reported.

Trump has several projects ongoing in Muslim North Africa and gifts and donations abroad dare not look like bribes. That becomes serious prison time.

Why so many tax audits over the years? Trump walks a fine dangerous line. Converting a tax audit into a fraud charge and sources say he will end up in the same prison Martha Stewart ended up in which is luxurious.

Can he be elected with this hanging over his head? Of course. VP Spiro Agnew, in his 2nd term under Nixon was reelected. In 1973 Agnew was indited for multiple counts of bribery fraud and other shit and resigned VP ship.

He got off with just 3 years probation cause everyone new Nixon wood have given him a full pardon. One wonders if Hillary will end up giving Trump a pardon when he is convicted for multiple felonies.

We've gone over the Trump tax returns before. No matter what happens, Trump wins. Trump cheated on his taxes? He's a shrewd businessman. Trump paid everything he owed? He's a patriotic American.

Trump learned from the Obama birth certificate scandal. Look at Obama: what did he gain by withholding his birth certificate? Nothing. Nothing except egg on all of his enemies faces. Trump will release his tax returns at the last minute and it will be nothing.

> Trump will release his tax returns at the last minute

Not if he is still undergoing the tax audit. As someone who has been audited. This process can be drawn out for several years. Both sides can draw it out. I did and it was one of the shrewdest smart moves I have made.

I also covered my ass by telling IRS in advance with a letter that I was going over the line and was more than aware it wood draw the audit. A no audit no event tax return ended up taking 3.5 more years as I drew it out in wait to see what the other side wood do. I agreed before a Judge to complete my tax return and submit it to the Other side. Judge and Other side assumed I wood do this in a normal and timely fashion.

Other side agreed to do the same. I just needed to see the Other sides final tax return before I submitted mine.

In no way does my case n Trumps compare - Other than I No for a fact both sides can draw out and negotiate a tax audit. This example is one of several where I spent time and money undergoing Tax audits but all the other cases were business cases and mostly complexities that followed mergers. Auditors also have lots of latitude and can make decisions on the spot in favor or against or negotiate. Simply asking for more time and needing specialists add to months and a couple3 years to resolve.

Auditors for IRS turn out to be very helpful and among the bright people who represent IRS. They will even offer quality advise to keep costs down.

They won't. Ever. The people in the other camp aren't any different. Just stop listening to news channels. They make you stupider.
