Plenty of times. I've also had people try to chase me after it was their fault. There's also been a couple times the vehicle was too damaged to get away, but lucky for me it worked out.

No, not technically. I was pulling in to a parking spot and felt a little bump and realized I'd hit the car in front of me at 1mph. No one was in the car so I just backed up a few inches and went on with my business.

yes I was in the city and I was parallel parking and some jerk lady who was double parked suddenly started moving and I like tapped her bumper and we had a short exchange and she was like 'u ain't tryna pay me anyway' and left
i guess i don't look like money. her son in tha back was like 'nah u didn't even hit us'
