All those lazy ass remainers who couldn't be bothered to turn up to vote?
They had an extension to the deadline for registering to vote (which was blooming unfair imo).
It's called 'democracy' not best of 5!

I really, really doubt this petition will be accepted. It seems like it would prolong instabily and anger. Not something the government is looking to do, right now.

Do you think the government should ignore the Brexit vote and remain in the EU?

Kek when Farage was previously saying a 52/48 remain win wouldnt be the end and he would fight for another referendum then all of a sudden he's celebrating final victory.

Yeah since 1992, and of course the brexiters turned up, there wouldn't have been a referendum otherwise. The remainers are just being whiny arsed, sore losers.

I completely think the right choice was to remain. But going against the referendum could cause very damaging unrest and instability. And, as infuriatingly close as it was, it's still the democratic outcome.
Dave has already resigned over it anyway. It's probably too late to call off the Brexit now.
