I used to drink coffee every morning. I didn't know that coffee was an unbelievably good dehydrator, so I'd often get diarrhea and would blame all sorts of things. I also never drank water back then, so it'd be very uncomfortable. My urine would be dark yellow,(indicator of high concentration, not enough water.)
