It was already plugged in. Those types of blenders only turn on when you put the cup or pitcher on the base and press down. This one had broken and she didn't know. So when she was putting on the pitcher, it started up and just mangled her.
That is her I'm on morphine face, which is fun because she never takes pain medication.

Oh and Magic Bullets have exposed blades when no pitcher is attached.

Oooooh I have a nutri bullet I can almost see how that could happen except for I thought you had to screw the bottle over the blades before you put it on
