There is no need to have "rights" when it comes to self-appointment of power. It's a mini-dictator that is born when a person decides to be a little tyrant over a person or a group of people. If said person thinks they are smarter or better looking than the person/people they wish to dominate, then the effect is GREATER. This is how you get bosses that micromanage and push around certain individuals. Keeping a few under perpetual slavery is how the status quo is maintained and reinforced. I've seen this level of sociopathy in my time at Walmart and I really cannot abide it's continuation. I might have to ditch it for work with less matriarchially dominating psychopathic femalewhores.
