Muslims always say revert to Islam. But the Gospels were written in the 3rd century AD, then the Talmud in the 5th century, then the Koran in 7th I think.
The original religion before Babylonian captivity worshipped Yahweh and Asherah together.

Yeah, there is a lot of evidence for polytheism in ancient Judah and Isreal. The bulk of the OT probably got written during the Babylonian exile and influenced heavily by Babylonian Zoroastrianism. The argument that the gospels got written in the 3rd century has some what support mainly from people finding turns of phrase and customs that shouldn't be there in the supposed pre-69AD writing of them, but this is mainly attributed to later people (I dunno, Polycarp) editing the fuck out of the mostly Marcionite scripture that existed at the time.
The names on the gospels are just guesses. And the Pauline epistiles (especially the pastorals) we're probably not written by Paul.
