Oestrogen in the absence of testosterone stimulates the adrenal glands which are usually suppressed by dihydrotestosterone. Sudden spikes and subsequent troughs can cause instability in physiological, as opposed to mental, anxiety states, with prolonged periods of psychological suppression of acting upon this response manifesting in symptoms similar to these along with the dysregulation of body temperature. (I'm guessing you're a bit colder than usual?) My suggestion would honestly be that you should unleash your aggression a bit more.

The last year they have been trying to figure out why my nerves have went to shit. I have heard 4 different diagnoses in the past year from Ehlers-danlos syndrome, CIDP, Guillain Barre syndrome and MS. I am scared it will end up being having ALS because of the reports of losing the ability to swallow, numbness, weakness in the extremities and tremors.

ALS is usually associated with elevated testosterone and is more common in men (which you are, hormonally, not as such). I doubt it's that. But your risk for MS is most certainly increased. That, however, does not fit the symptom profile, quite, anyway. You seem to be describing physical as opposed to neurological symptoms which strikes me as an endocrine issue rather than a neurodegenerative disorder.

This all started in November/December of '14. I was helping a buddy move and he was throwing a party. I started getting paresthesia in my hands. My hands have always been cold. When I was drinking I used to get it too so I think I did some nerve damage doing that. I had a flu shot around this time and I had pneumonia in Feb '15. Then I started getting a weakness in my extremities slowly. I have been noticing more and more that the tingling went away but has been replaced with numbness. When I went to doctors they couldn't find any reason why, Checked everything, my blood for viruses, vitamin deficiencies, my brain, my nerves. They still can't. The most recent diagnosis I have gotten was Ehlers-Danlos syndrome because I am hyper mobile and my skin is stretchy. I still don't think that is it. It just doesn't sit right with some of the shit that I have noticed recently. Now I have trouble swallowing gulps of water, I nearly choked on water one day, I couldn't get it down my throat. It was a weird feeling struggling to swallow. I am scared that it will get weaker to the point I cannot swallow food.
I know ALS is a diagnosis made by exclusion, when nothing else fits my symptoms that is what doctors usually diagnose and that terrifies me kook. I don't want it to be ALS.

I wen't through this for a year trying to figure out why things have been slowly getting worse and they can't find anything. I have had so many vials of blood taken I got used to needles. Another thing that I noticed just lately is that I really struggle to crush the little ball in my cigarettes. It is getting worse.
I don't know what else to do. I have even been to Kansas City and saw a very well regarded neurologist and that is how I came away with ehlers danlos. I have exhausted everything but going to the hospital and what the hell are they going to do?
