No, but I sort of admire him for doing that. It's conscientious. Proactive.

no, but i go to the dentist every 6 months for cleanings. just had one a few weeks ago. i have a cavity :(
i don't get regular yearly checkups with my doctor, but i end up there several times a year for something. usually to get a prescription for antibiotics or something, but i also get std screenings done regularly. every 6 months to a year or so. figure that's all good enough, they do a checkup every time, kinda. blood pressure at least. last time they used a computer to measure my cholesterol and make a prediction about how much plaque has built up in my arteries? dunno how that works, but they said i was fine.

Would you describe this behaviour at all as 'faggy', though?

I do too. I got really sick last year and I am finally starting to get better and I do not want to end up being sick again. I go every few months and have blood drawn to see how everything is. Even more convenient now that I am on estrogen.

when you have symptoms, they tell you to fuck off and come back later

so I don't bother going the first time
