yeah, it's pretty much like a mix between those two, drawing from the strengths of each and dropping all the weaknesses. imagine a sci-fi rocket league where all the cars are people and they carry guns of some form and have special abilities and you score goals by holding objectives. it's probably the perfect game for you.

all you have to do is break line of sight, so get behind something. anything really. if you just try to run you'll likely die. most things block it, all the Tank shields block it and so does mei's ice wall.
a good way to not die it to send it flying at the enemy and jump out, you do that by aiming a bit up in the air (or way up if you want to launch the thing high) and hit L-shift then Q immediately. the mech will start flying, self destruct will start, and D.VA slips out the back and watches her bunny bomb fly.
