This guy deserves a long ass sentence. He tried raping a woman and then tried to lie his way out of it and it wasn't even a very good lie. He is scum and deserves to rot in prison. He knows he made a terrible decision and now he is fucked and the life he knew is over. He is going to spend at least a decade or two, if not his entire youth in prison, he will never have a good job, he will always have a tough time finding a place to live because he is a sex offender now and the list keeps going. He knew better but he thought he would get away with it because he was drunk and had a knife. People like this deserve no pity. He made his bed and now he must sleep in it.

It happens and that is horrible but this case the facts line up. He had a knife, his pants were off, she was screaming for help.
It is a little odd that he took his pants off while he was with the woman. Why would you ever do that? Do you take off your pants while walking into the bathroom and get startled as you open the door? No you fucking wait until you get to the toilet. The most likely course of events was her take on the chain of events.
