I am at their offices right now. This is required so my physican could refer me to an endocrinologist. Gender reassignment is a new field, she told me, which I figured.
I think she was trying to recommend informed clinics too, but wasn't too knowledgeable about them.

You count the number of years from your birth date. Or subtract your birth year from the current year. But most people just, you know, keep track.
