Good question. We would have to first define what makes Germany the thing Lama would call Germany.

Dali Lama isn't wrong nor is he right.
For instance here in San Diego we have a long standing huge population from Syria and Iraq. More are coming in daily. Not in one instance so far have they as a group affected San Diego politics at all.
Sad thing is - they should but they hold back and are very welcoming of outsiders. When I was employed directly by Qualcomm Inc. It was their official policy to do meet and greets with all the new family's every month. To carry in large bags of food and clothes for the children- Toys and household items like cheese graters and knives etc
I miss those trips and it sure felt good to help refugees. There was and still is followups for additional food - money -help JOBS! And the company goes out of their way to get other companies to help out and they keep publicity on the down low - Offers of press to cover were always turned down.

I'd probably say about 20-30%.
I don't think Islam is the problem. You can go in the Bible (especially the old testament) and find lots of murder-the-infidels stuff.
The problem is the NATO countries changing regimes and "spreading democracy". We never had a problem with the Middle East before we started intervening.

I do think that if areas inside a Eu country or USA - The same small or medium sized city - were to free allow and equal mix of Sunni - Shiites. That combination wood create chaos. Given it always has a bad outcome in North Africa. Distance lots of distance is necessary and even then it never seems to be enough distance.

In USA most kitchens of restaurants - all the grunt to serious chef work is done by Latinos and Asians - With the head chef of course white and running the crew/show
99% of dry cleaning is Immigrant Asian - Now dry cleaning is not a big biz in Eu but in USA it is a huge stip mall biz - cannot find a strip mall without one
The biggest use of Latino labor is Agricultural with a very high percentage of illegals. Often when there is a raid by INS - Farm crops are left to rot because white people will not bend or stretch to pick crops. There are legal ways to hire the illegals but its a mess for the farmers to the Illegals get most of the work. Without them - No food to feed people

I should have mentioned that I believe most home care - hospice and a huge number of hospital workers are Filipino or Indonesians.

Blacks of course should have been included with trash/garbage pick up - My only hospital experience comes from dating an OBGYN for one and off 2 years. Visited her often when she worked at UCLA hospital.
Have so far not had the need to visit anyone in a hospice situation - Should have gone out of my way to and now they have passed on - Was told the old friend could not communicate and wood not know me anymore - So I just let time go by
I do watch one of the TV Med programs but I doubt the mostly white few blacks no Haitians/Philippine is representative
