Yesterday it was doing the stupid nightly reset thing and it just said 'this may take a few minutes' for like a few hours and now I just get a flashing envelope on the box and no connection

Call 1800-Xfinity. If I was at work I could tell you if you were in an outage.
If it is still fucking up around noon tomorrow ill take a look at your account and see whats up.
