Ehh... Sort of.
You gotta understand, this repetition is all going back to the reptilians. This historical repetition is because they want us on a certain developmental path, and a certain mindset. All to ensure that things go smoothly when colonisation day arrives. So it's sort of deliberate on their part.
But in the wider sense, yes, the time loops are a factor. Obviously when you've got all of these time loops going around and around in the multiverse, you're going to see some repetitive ones. This is compounded by how some time loops cross over and influence each other, which can result in a more repetitive experience.
