@OP
The C, which for the rest of the fora is the compact member of the Prius family, is less efficient than the newly updated mainline model.

It's also received generally negative reception in the press for feeling cheap and driving poorly.

Why do you always buy terrible vehicles? A Mazda 3 or the new Civic would have been much better choices.

Biking anywhere in manhattan is essentially a suicide mission. No bike lanes, constant construction, shitty drivers, impatient pedestrians etc. Basically the worst place on planet earth to ride a bicycle.

I don't think it will be that bad. I think humans are smart enough to adapt to it. Opening up more of Canada and Russia to development would be really cool.

Part of it is manmade yes. Part of it is natural variation. I do accept the earth's climate is getting warmer but I think humanity will either find a solution or adapt.

This according to Trump is a good thing. People will be forced to sell houses and move out at dirt cheep prices. He and other creepy real estate people can buy them low and rent them out to those that have no other choice - other than living on the street.

Do you think Al Gore's beachfront villa will be included in that?

When Al Gore and the climate change celebrities start living in small, ordinary houses I will take them seriously.

I mean Al Gore talking climate change is like me lecturing people on fitness and nutrition with a chicken fried steak in my hand and my flabby gut hanging out of my shirt.

Al Gore isn't a climate scientist. No one's choice of home makes an appreciable difference to climate change.

So if we all lived in 10,000 square foot mansions, it wouldn't make any appreciable difference?

They even lost a Mansion to landslide on my bluff just a few seconds walk north of me.
