We always had two cats at a time but it's hard to convince my dad who never wanted pets in the house in the first place

And yeah, I think two kitties would make it a little easier for them to cope, assuming it's a feasible solution, when you're off on adventures. It depends on the cat(s) too though. Our current cat is not a huge fan of other kitties.

Even if you got a second cat, it'd still take her time to adjust, both of them. Our cat gets a little anxious sometimes, but she's mostly relaxed in her old age, although she's a nip addict... so that might help a bit.

Aw good news. My cat who was so sad and not in the mood for anything feels better . My dad put a leash on her and took her outside and she was apparently so happy. Rubbing herself everywhere and running around and enjoying the sun <3 when they finished she ran to the food bowl and ate. Awwwww. I can't wait for the end of July . I'll give her so much love and attention I hope she forgives me

They have like 5 dogs in the house I'm staying at here in Egypt. But it sucks cos these are cat people and they don't know how to handle and train dogs. There's a husky here. He's too big to not be well trained but he's so handsome

Huskies are very headstrong animals. Had a friend who had one and although he was adorable he was still a dickhead sometimes. He liked tripping people by getting behind them when they walked backwards.
