What are you more ashamed of? Having old crusty underwear or asking for help? I asked for help, not for clothes but for sobriety and food assistance. It is fine if you actually need help. The first step is always to admit it to yourself and swallow your pride. I know that is the worst part and it is the hardest but you can do it.

I used to be too and I blew it all on drugs. Getting high was easier than dealing with reality which my reality isn't the best either.
Shit. You are too small for mine I am closer to a size 38 so I wear an XL. I am betting you wear closer to a L or a M? I will go to the local thrift stores on monday and see if they have anything that will fit you.

It has nothing to do with drugs for me but it wouldn't make much of a difference if it did. The ones that I wear now are too big but my belt helps them from falling off my butt, so a large and medium are ok with me.
