I made this one years ago because someone else had converted a youtube video with vertical stripes into a gif that was 5MB, so I redid it from scratch to be clean and to take advantage of horizontal gif compression, and then it just kind snowballed and I ended up with a template so I can knock one out in about 5 minutes.
