I moisturize with soap/body wash before putting on shaving cream and shaving. After noticing that I still cut with men's shaving gel (cream just doesn't seem to work for me), I decided to try wonen's gel since I assume it is made for even sensitive skin due to biology reasons. I, most certainly, cut less but I still cut.
The worse of all is that I am left with pepper skin as the little dark stubs of hair make it look like I am ready as a main course dinner.
What is an effective less cutting method of shaving body hair?

Have you tried getting out of a long hot shower and shaving while the bathroom is still misty? I don't usually do this, but I find I get a really clean shave when I do.

I tend to shave during the hot shower. Plus my mother would bitch about me getting hair in the bathroom even after I clean.

I actually tried Veet/Nair. It works, but question how much it works for me. I may need to get my hormones checked.

how long do you leave it on for/how do you take it off
i find the hair comes off much more effectively using like one of those exfoliating gloves/pads instead of a towel or paper towel.

You should probably exfoliate beforehand and try and shaving oil or even conditioner. Also use wire wrapped razors with a moisture strip, that doesn't have more than two blades

Pay attention to how you're holding the razor, and don't drag the blades horizontally across your skin.

Blenders work well with a few minor modifications. Failing that you could always try a belt sander.

Regarding Veet or Nair. With particularly coarse hair you may need to trim down before use. Also, with very coarse hair it just might make the hair go all crinkly and leaving it on longer might give you a rash or chemical burn.

I use a moisturizing soap, then I exfoliate with a gel. I then use Gillette Ultra sensitive gel and a single bladed razor, or a 4 bladed razor, depends on how lazy I am at the time. The single blade gets a closer shave but is fucking dangerous. I also sometimes use shave secret oil and just rub my legs, face and chest with it,, it helps prevent razor burn.
