How's that education working out for you?
Speaking only your native language in a place like the united states isn't uneducated or uninspired. The united states is very large. Speaking only English, you can meet a wealth of people with varying cultures. You can take trips to Canada or Mexico and not need to worry about a language barrier too much.
It's a shame our education system doesn't emphasize teaching languages. I didn't have a class in a foreign language until high school. Which, of course, I didn't care about. I wish I had been excited about it, but a shitty language course with a teacher who didn't give a fuck and constantly complained about my doodling in class isn't going to inspire anyone.
You learned languages? Wow. Now get a job and stop being a burden to your mother. Stop looking for arbitrary qualifiers to make yourself not feel like a waste. Someone with a 2 year nursing degree is worth more than you and your grad degree.
