I believe we need to return to the days of the wise Ancient Romans and have public stalls out in the open for everybody to use. Everybody would see you shit or piss. This never bothered Romans who were, by far, the most sophisticated people of their time. I'm sure the females had their own restrooms, but that is besides the point since with multiple witnesses a crime would be much harder to pull off within one. If you somehow think a rape of a woman (or a transwoman) would happen in the men's without at least one or two men trying to prevent it especially if this existed in today's society then that is offly sexist toward men.
