What HRT cannot change
HRT cannot reverse bone changes that have already been established by puberty. Consequently, total height, the length of the arms, legs, hands, and feet, and the width/size of the shoulders and rib cage are all not affected by HRT. However, details of bone shape change throughout life, with bones becoming heavier and more deeply sculptured under the influence of androgens, and HRT will prevent such changes from developing any further.

These changes may be reversed by surgery (facial feminization surgery and tracheal shave, respectively) instead.
During puberty, the voice deepens in pitch and becomes more resonant, effects which are permanent and are not affected by HRT. Voice therapy and optionally surgery may be used instead to achieve a more female sounding voice.

Oh, I don't refuse to believe it, I just refuse to believe that estrogen->(aromataze enzyme)testosterone is a possibility, such upstream conversion is not steroidogenically feasible.

There are effects outside of the long term effects, and even the ones listed here. Not only that, but overdosing has no beneficial effects.
You can not speed up transitioning by overdosing on estrogen.
You can however put yourself in the hospital, and ruin your body.

Actually it does. Not physiological ones, of course. Especially high levels of estrogen are known to become amphetamino-mimetic after a while. They speed you up, and in my experience, it's conducive to productivity like I've never known.
