Take the case of a Pubic university where you go to class - Calculus and the Professor decides to exercise free speech and do his or her best to make fun of Trump for the full hour.
You might say he has the right of free speech because its a Pubic space, Under most codes of academic freedom.
I say NO NO - He or she could/should be fired because You can’t rant about politics instead of teaching math.
