Hummmmm well I still end up passing much younger people on the beach when I am running. Yes a few pass me. Its not a contest. I still put in 2.5 hours on average every morning at break of dawn surfing my ocean a blue
Have not had Calcium tested in a year but sure I will do that. Its better than most people at age 25 as with blood pressure and heart rate. I bet if I stopped running and jitterbuging it wood be not so much so good after a while
Now IF I were to find out death was one year away I wood start using butter like crazy and a lot more Steak of the not so much so lean type. Lots more Cheese. I do make compromises in order to stay fit

Got one to share I don't think I shared before - Santa Monica Thursday night summer pier concerts - Met a couple of girls - They end up deciding which one of them is going to be my date for the following weekend - Hey I was lucky but said HEY - Let me decide - I made the wrong choice and Y?
I go to pick her up in early AM in Malibu - She said have some breakfast with me before we go to the planned day - I said I have eating and she says lets have coffee and toast - OK - Then she leads me to bedroom and says this is what you are here for anyway - Which was not true but Hey - So we do the deed - And minutes after while still in bed I say Hey wot are We using for contraception? Yes dumb of me to say WE - She says - Why contraception when I will make a great dad for the baby we just tried to make (well sure she did not say it like that but that was the bottom line)
We proceed on date - I waited 60 days for 2nd date and we went out and she says why so long - I tell her about our first date and she says I do not remember it that way - So I said - OK how do you remember it? No answer - She did not look pregnant -
