Probably, but at the end of the season he says he was asked to stay on as principal even though it would have been just as logical to let him go since the arc was finished. Either they have something more planned with him for next season, or this is a (semi?)permanent change. Usually I can just sit back and take whatever characters the writers throw at me in context with the role they play in the story, but this guy legitimately makes me roll my eyes every time he's on screen.

Don't get me wrong I think it's fucked up but I wouldn't be surprised if Bruce was really trans but they came up with the stealing clothes thing to create media controversy. These people live in front of TV cameras and they are actors. NBCuniversal has put hundreds of millions of dollars into this show and I can't imagine anything happens to these people without the producers signing off on it.

Yes, especially with his own daughter. It would have been fine if he opened up to his daughter and to ask for help with things like figuring out the sizes and fashions and whatnot but surreptitiously trying on his daughter's clothes is perverted and seems incestuous. Total degeneracy.
I just take anything on """reality""" TV with a grain of salt. I think when these people (not just the Kardashians but any reality TV people) live basically 24/7 in front of TV cameras they become actors and start causing drama and exaggerating things whether or not they were actors to begin with. Combine this with scripting (you KNOW this stuff is scripted), editing (there's even blogs devoted to catching continuity errors on the show), and I just cannot believe anything happens in these peoples lives that isn't planned and written in advance.
