I was not drinking every day until maybe february..
it is just something that has happened..
I do not wish to be disruptive to the board...it's just that I usually come on here after I get off work and when I get off work I get loaded..
I am not a bad person and I resent r04rs characterization of me as being a bad person..
I have a big heart and I have lots of love to give...it hurts me to see people saying I am bad..

Another important criterion for your choice of the best way to kill yourself is the price. The method should be cheap. Self-murderers rarely want to invest into the process. So, here are 5 budget options, which are ineffective as well:
Jumping from height.
Of course, it costs you nothing. Yet, the disappointing news is that many people survived falls from incredible height. Yes, you're most likely to break your spine and limbs and suffer from internal damage and remain disabled for the rest of your life.
Jumping in front of a train.
Although it doesn't cost you a dime, it's a bad choice as well. The chances that you lose your footing and unexpectedly fall, losing only your legs or arms, for instance, are pretty high.
Hanging.
A suicide by hanging doesn't require any complicated techniques, and the materials are easily available. However, this method is painful. The time before a person loses consciousness depends on a variety of factors. Sometimes it can take more than 10 minutes of suffering. Furthermore, there are numerous cases when a person survives even though his/her neck can be broken.
Starvation/dehydration.
Though this method is very cheap, the suffering should last for weeks. It can drive anyone crazy, which is a serious type of disability as well.
Electrocution.
Just so that you know, this method inflicts agonizing pain. Even the Supreme Court recognized that electrocution brings unnecessary pain to criminals and it's inhuman.
So, none of suicide methods can guarantee you secure and painful end to your suffering. There’s no obvious answer to the question 'how to kill yourself without pain'. In most cases, suicide attempts fail and result in disability and even worse suffering than whatever you’re going through right now.In retrospect this is a terrible example and isn't all that informative. So bert is back. - Its not so much so good to see bert talking about suicide. Makes sense for Autphag. bert will probably end up needing a liver to survive.
As I understand it - Those who drink to much end up paying a lot for more booze cause eventually it takes more booze as with any drug to get high. bert will have the problem of how to feed his liver into it no longer working. Working hard to kill self seems a very poor way to go when one can work hard and have fun in the off hours.

bert no's one of my best friends killed himself with alcohol. Great guy who was married 11 times. I also remember when a major web forum helped bert stop shooting drugs via needle.
Addiction is a strange thing. Many a famous person said they kicked Heroin but could not kick cigarettes.

I have said this on TC.
When he was permabanned I spent a little time via PM's with two of the Mods. I was successful in getting that ban lifted. I think but am not 100% sure I said I new in advance in the long term it wood not work out. In heavy drink mode as bert is about to pass out he ends posting with lots of spam posts that mods have to clean up. After a while they find the clean up to much trouble
And of course he does something that drives women up the wall. BUT he will not listen to me with my suggestions that wood save him from multiple bans.
One can only try and do their best when helping a friend that does not want help (poorly ritten but bert will read and perhaps comment)
