Topic: I am a girl

!MLHqI35Srs started this discussion 9.2 years ago #51,842

I will go to my psychiatrist with a knife.
"I know who I am and it is not who everyone says it is. No degree of external enforcement is going to get me to renege on my most heartfelt convictions, or else it's merely going to ensue in my disgust in any case. If you are going to use the system to conspire a permanent moratorium on my realization, then you may pay the price. Discharge me from your clinic." Then I'll throw my letter to the ground and dash off.

Haselgrove had thrown that opportunity away by ordering her lackey Kenneth to implant permanent moratorium on GIC referrals and that is the final axiomatic summation of the matter, pretty much independently of the truth, except with respect to that they regard so, in their insulting insinuation of my "inappropriate co-opting of female sexual characteristics" as if this is anything other than a negroidal reification of what those sexual characreristics are, combined with the ease with which stealing them is even possible, simultaneously an extreme denigration of my capacity to endogenously feel these things, and an overestimation of the power of my cognizance, guile, and wit, frankly.

No, you're not. You will never be a girl! NHS Lothian did their job in assessing your BPD and noticing that it has induced a transgender psychosis in your mind. Your ranting about hating all women and bragging that you would be a better "womyn" than your sister/mother is classic personality disorder characteristics. Dr. Haselgrove is an expert on personality disorders and has spent many years documenting it. You're mad that she figured out your parapheliac obsession with being a "girl".

Also, as your beloved RoK says, BPD is a mirror-condition to autism gender-wise. It is hyperfemininity to autism's hypermasculinity. As such, Haselgrove admits I'm a woman in all but name.

BPD isn't female autism though. it just happens more in women than men. it's not like testicular and ovarian cancer (even though there is actually relationships between those things) where one is a disease of one gender's anatomy. BPD can effect anyone, and you having it doesn't mean you're a woman. it means you're BPD

Oh, boy. If you were in India, Syria, Yemen, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and so on ad nauseam, you wouldn't think that way. Life isn't about comfort and that sort of hedonistic thought only leads to more suffering regardless.

The reason for that comment comes from working with an Indian pharmacist who wished she would've been born a man (she was a happy mom, who was in an arranged marriage, with another Indian man, also a RPh), but the way she saw Indian society was that even disregarding castes, men had it better by and large than women did in India. If that makes sense.

She also gave me my first copy of the Bhagavad Gita, which I still have somewhere around here.

But I did find an interesting video on YouTube about India's transgender community. Why is everything in India so fucking scary and weird?

Yeah, it does seems a little strange to me too, but it's interesting at the same time.

Uh, the scary and weird part? Well part of that I think is due to corruption and terrible infrastructure (did you hear about the 'poo2loo' campaign? It was essentially a campaign in India where people pledge not to shit in the fucking street, hah). The other scary parts are due to religious/ethnic differences I think mostly. The weird part might just be the culture, I mean for a society that still has plenty of arranged marriages, strong traditions, and a caste system that seems to be hanging on in some ways (e.g. apparently last names play a role in this, like it'd be a good thing to be born a Patel, I'm sure someone could explain it better than I could, I'm only going off bits I remember, but this was a few years ago).

I'll check out the doc tonight.

I really am hesitant to deny someone else's internal experience, but the last few weeks have made me wonder whether they are trans-.

Even if they are, their other mental health issues are so marked and they're so resistant to treatment that a competent psychiatrist wouldn't want their patient transitioning while completely unstable.

I think it is because they want to be a girl in bed and are not thinking of all the consequences of being transgender. I have experiences bigotry, misogyny, and the loss of friends. It was so hard finding a job where I wouldn't be discriminated against, they all said the same thing "We don't discriminate against transgendered people!" but never called back. I finally interviewed with a company that accepts me for who I am and it is such a relief. The gay dudes have figured it out already however. My face has changed so much since I started, a few more months and some makeup and I will probably look even more like a girl. This is a hard path, far harder than most who are crossdreamers realize. I mean I was bad before, I was constantly depressed and doing drugs. When I took the hormones it changed my life and I am happy for once in years.
