NOTE: There is irrefutable evidence that heightocracy is the best system for governing people, and so it follows that discussing it is absolutely ridiculous. Questioning the validity of the system will be considered trolling, as that is not the topic today.

What is the best subset of heightocracy?
Democratic: People should be given a voting power weighted by their height, a person 188cm tall would have a vote worth 188 "points". All points would be counted up and the candidate with the most votes awarded the presidency.
Hierarchal: Very simple, His Greatness Sultan Kösen leading the world to a better future, and midgets rightly with the least privileges. Begs the question: How tall do you have to be for each right?
Of course we would have to figure out how children are factored into this as well, as a short child should not be abused when it is wholly possible he grows up to be a tall adult. Everyone starts out short.

It would be quite easy to see if they were wearing stilts. This is not something easy to hide.
It brings up another question, though. Very thought provoking: Would losing both your legs reduce your place in society? Genetically you can still pass down good height, but in ordinary life you are no longer as great.
