Topic: Is it wrong that some days you awake to a feeling of total dread?

Like that specific day is going to be the day when the entire human race is wiped off of the face of the Earth either through nuclear or cosmic means and you feel as if you can sense an out of the blue attack by some nation or an unpredicted asteroid strike. Is this the true definition of anxiety?

This is not the true definition of anxiety actually

Wot you need do when you feel like that is to take a simple walk in your hood- OUTSIDE of the over developed places.

The deal is that some cosmic crisis or bad guys on the Nuke buttons could wipe all of us out - So its best to enjoy life ever single day with all it offers.

The honest real deal is - If you close yourself off to all that is out there - One might as well be dead.

Oh and that photo is in your Hood. But not anywhere near the local pizza joint.

I do not have trees like that anywhere near me or my hometown. I have never even seen flowers like that within the Victor Valley area.
I presume this photograph was taken somewhere near Barstow or Bakersfield which is northward of where I reside.
It could be Joshua Tree Natural Park I suppose.

Are the cosmic crisis or bad guys on the Nuke buttons a 15 minute scooter drive from that roach infested nursing home you currently reside in?
