byethost was fairly lenient for the most part, they just had shitty service when it came to suspensions because they'd take action on a complaint without checking into it first, so the admin has to come along and file a service ticket to get it unsuspended, after proving that the complaint was invalid.

I would think by now they probably would be, since they usually took it down on sundays for maintenance or something. I think most hosts won't let you access your site files if the account is suspended.

I think I only clicked through 75% of them. The ones that might relate to a chat-chan. Never could see anything related.
