Topic: I have a crush on a guy at work. I need advice!

I got a summer job last year working for the government and through it I met this wildly good looking guy. I didn't work directly with him, but I'd encounter him a couple times a week. We made small talk, teased each other, etc. This year I have a slightly different position, but still see him a couple times per week. We smile at each other and make eye contact, like, all the time. I haven't had the chance to talk to him, but I don't know what to say!
After I finished last year I added him on Facebook. He never uses it, though... :-(
Anyway, is it worth it to try to strike up a conversation with him, get to know him better, etc.? I have the most massive crush on him ever and I can't stop thinking about him! I feel like I have a good enough chance, but there are a couple barriers in my way:
1) He has a girlfriend. But I dunno how serious their relationship is, as it's not FB official, lol...
2) He's 7 years older than me.
3) I don't know if he is as into me as I am into him.
How do I solve this terrible dilemma? Should I try talking to him? If so, what should I say?!

Yes, it would be worth striking up a conversation with him to get to know him better. Be casual and be yourself. Talk about the weather or something. No, just ask questions like what kind of music are you into, etc.

So you think it's a good idea to get to know him better. Is it okay for me to flirt with him, knowing he has a girlfriend? He hasn't told me or anything, I just heard from someone else and saw tagged pictures on Facebook.

Its better than 15 at least, how old is his girlfriend now? Just go up ask him how hes been doing if hes missed you and just drop flirty hints. Depends on the guy but most will be happy to trade up for an 18 year old as long as ur hotter than his current.
