In the first part of the dream, the Tardis materialized in some kind of alien hospital where the treatments lasted for like 20 years, but nobody knew what they were being treated for. In the second part of the dream, we escaped from the hospital and ended up in a luxury restaurant, but discovered that all the food was made of really disgusting stuff like burned out tire shavings and axle grease. The Doctor theorized that this was what the hospital treatments were for, altering DNA so that people could eat toxic waste, because they'd exhausted all their natural resources hundreds of years before.
