Actually he has expressed on a case not so different, it happened 5 years ago and at the time it was a big deal, a supreme judge even resigned.
To make a long story short, people kind of forgot about it and no longer had interest in it. The president though felt like making a statement and it was fuck you little bitch stop being such a cunt.
