The Cornish National Liberation Army, abbreviated to CNLA, was a paramilitary Cornish nationalist organisation that threatened to carry out acts of vandalism and arson against commercial targets that it considers to be English in Cornwall.

Obviously, people who don't appreciate a good pasty and those are unable to create a good pasty are an undermining threat to culture and family values. The English have obviously launched a War on Pasties that must be fought at all cost.

I should point out that "groups" like this never amount to anything. They will, at most, issue idiotic statements like in the OP, or leave the occasional piece of graffiti around. They're hardly even a presence.
The more mainstream Cornish nationalists have an official political party, Mebyon Kernow. They want Cornwall to become more separate, like how Wales and Scotland are. They stand for election in Council elections and General elections, though they're always completely overshadowed by the big parties.

Cornwall is a beautiful part of the world, evoked majestically in the literary works of Daphne du Maurier. I especially recommend Jamaica Inn for those not familiar with her work.

This puts them in an odd position. If it's in Cornish, no one will be able to read it. If it's in English, then they're adopting the oppressors language and internalizing English supremacy.
