Why is there not a WNBA2K video game for xbox 360 or any game system. I think that's discrimination. I get that men think it won't sell, but there is females that play basketball in elementary through high school and beyond and for outside organizations. I'm sure female basketball players in elementary through High school and beyond want to play a basketball that also look like females. I use to play basketball in middle school and I enjoy watching the WNBA snd I would love to be able to play a video game that's WNBA and I am sure there lots of femt wants to play as well especially women that watch the games with their boyfriend or husband. Ones that are basketball die hard fans of sports. Especially basketball. The NBA game is pretty cool but I just want to be able to play a woman's basketball game as well.

a wnba video game is actually a cool concept has that really not been done?
it seems like all they'd have to is recycle the mechanics and add lady ballers
i can see how a video game company would think its not a profitable one tho being that most people probably couldn't name a current wnba player but that's another discussion that I'm not equipped to discuss because I don't know anything about sports or sports video games or video games really but interesting idea op
i remember playing that street ball video game and if I remember correctly there were a few lady ballers tho

I really liked playing Mia Hamm soccer on the N64. (I think because you could turn off the fouls and slide tackle the shit out of the other team) Women's basketball just isn't as exciting IMO. The 3 point line is closer, and since women are shorter than men generally, there is less dunking, layups are less consistent, and it's just overall a lot less explosive. I just don't think there's a market for it.

And why aren't there more trans oriented games? Like an elite soldier who wants to be considered a woman with multiple plot arcs about his fellow soldiers not accepting him or wanting him in the bathroom? You'd still get some combat scenes in there, but most of it would a dialogue path and cut scenes.

I know you're taking the piss, but that could be a good game if it was written well. A lot of highly-acclaimed games these days focus very heavily on dialogue and story.

I knew a woman in college who actually went through that. She was biologically male and grew being hyper-masculine to compensate for feeling like a woman inside. He eventually joined the military and ended in some elite insertion force or something. He eventually left, did the complete gender switch, and ended up in college trying to find something more peaceful to do with her life.
