I just saw the finale. That was quite an animation! It looked like a proper cartoon or anime.I feel like I perhaps missed out a little from not having a deeper understanding of the lore. I'm not exactly sure what happened with Lord English. Also I'm not precisely sure what Caliborn was up to (was smashing his judgement clock what made him immortal?).
But otherwise, yeah, it was nice, and gave some closure for the characters. It was quite a ride, and I think this was a good way to end it.

Looks like a lot of people feel it was insubstantial, though, which I can understand.
Though Hussie did say he would make some form of epilogue at some point, so, presumably, that will flesh things out.

my grasp on it was that the final battle was all symbolic (the house juju is sburb) and that the crowbar clock smashing effectively removed the power tied to him dying, in the "alive" version of what happened to vriskas clock when she died.
i am very much content with the ending, but im hoping for a lot of character interaction in the epilogue bc that fuels me

I read a compelling explanation for the house Juju, somewhere else.
Basically, it went that a version of the alpha kids were in the house Juju, back from when they got trapped in it when they tried to kill Caliborn.
Then Lord English was supposedly weakened by Future Calliope doing something to the Green Sun? And allegedly Dave's Welsh sword had some of L.E's judgement clock in it, so it could hurt him even better?
I dunno for sure. All I know is that it's hinted that the Alpha kids were in there, and that they kicked L.E's ass. I would have liked to have seen that.
