The UK does, given their relatively prudish attitude towards pornography (with mandatory opt-out web filters where you have to basically ask to see porn on your internet).

Also interesting that Russia and the Ukraine and other Eastern Bloc states are strongly religious despite a decades-long government sponsored effort to eliminate religion at all levels, suppress churches, and force atheism. Some of the least religious countries are those with strong religious freedom and even a state religion.

It's no surprise to me. The UK is known for not being big on religion. It's part of out culture.

Also, please do not conflate all of the UK with the Conservative Party. They are the ones who put through that porn filter shit, we did not vote for it in a referendum.
