He may or may not be the guy who occasionally makes music threads, but otherwise mostly just posts threads where he fills the name field with "[child's name], aged-[some low number]" and asks if there's a doctor that can explain sexual stuff to him/her; or "parody/referential" threads where he takes a conversation from some book or movie and changes the names to FuckAlms and The Doctor and changes the context to be about pedoshit.
I use the name 'Dave from Russia' as a catch-all for people who's MO seems to be to make tc seem associated with a pro-pedo stance by taking advantage of our free speech policy. For that matter, I can't say I remember a single time when I checked one of these poster's IPs and didn't find a .ru hostname.
