Not in London but maybe in parts of Luton and Bradford I'm sure there is. Although some areas a policeman in uniform might get harrassed.

I had to look that up as I haven't heard of it. Turns out it's closed but I live about 5 minutes walk from Maryland station so would have been close to it.
